Information on the processing of personal data

1. Data Controller

The controller of personal data is In Cloud We Trust Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-682), Hoża 86/410, KRS 0001109988, NIP 7011208854, REGON 528855655 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller" or "ICWT").

2. Scope of Processed Data

The Controller processes personal data to the following extent:

  • Contact form: first and last name, email address, company name, message content.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system - collected automatically for security and statistical purposes.

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - the Controller's legitimate interest consisting in responding to inquiries.
  • Establishing cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) - taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  • Security and protection against abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - including Cloudflare Turnstile verification.

4. Data Recipients

Data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. - website hosting and Turnstile service (processing in the EU/USA based on standard contractual clauses).
  • Email service providers - for the purpose of delivering messages from the contact form.

5. Retention Period

Data from the contact form is stored for the period necessary to handle the inquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Technical data (logs) is stored for 30 days.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectify data,
  • erase data ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Cookies

The icwt.cloud website does not use cookies for marketing or analytics purposes. Only technical cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website may be used (including Cloudflare Turnstile).

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available at icwt.cloud/polityka-prywatnosci.
