Terms of use of the website

1. General provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms") set out the rules for using the icwt.cloud website (hereinafter: the "Website"), operated by In Cloud We Trust Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-682), ul. Hoża 86/410, KRS 0001109988, NIP 7011208854 (hereinafter: the "Service Provider").

2. Types and scope of services

Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services free of charge:

  • providing information about cybersecurity services and solutions,
  • providing educational content in the Knowledge Base section (blog),
  • a contact form enabling the submission of an inquiry.

3. Terms of use

Use of the Website is possible provided that the following technical requirements are met: access to the Internet, a web browser supporting JavaScript.

The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, the Terms, and good practices.

4. Contact form

Using the contact form requires providing: full name, e-mail address, and the content of the message. Providing the company name is optional.

The form is secured by the Cloudflare Turnstile mechanism in order to protect against automated message submissions.

Submitting the form constitutes consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content posted on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, and the website layout, is the property of the Service Provider or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Copying, distributing, or using this content without the Service Provider's written consent is prohibited.

6. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the information posted on the Website is up to date and reliable, however, it shall not be liable for its completeness. The content on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.

The Service Provider shall not be liable for interruptions in the availability of the Website resulting from technical reasons or force majeure.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding the functioning of the Website may be submitted to: kontakt@icwt.cloud. A complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt.

8. Amendments to the Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms. Changes enter into force on the date of their publication on the Website. The current version of the Terms is available at icwt.cloud/regulamin.

9. Governing law

In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
